ADMISSION PROCEDURE @VIVEKANANDA ENGLISH SCHOOL

The admission procedure for Nursery starts from 1st Feb and for other standards (K.G. I to X) from 1st May every year.

The application forms are available at school office and can be collected during school hours. A child who has completed 3 years before 1st July is eligible for Nursery admission. It is compulsory for the parents to come with their child at the time of admission.

The Age limit for admission.
Playgroup - At the time of admission in playgroup, the age of child should be 2 years or above.
Nursery - At the time of admission in Nursery, the age of child should be 3 years or above.

At the time of admission following documents are to be submitted to the institute.
            - Original copy of Birth certificate,
            - Two passport size photographs,
            - Mention the blood group of the student,
            - Cast certificate of parents (father).

FEES...

Every year the annual fees structure is decided by school administration. For Nursery admission, total fees has to be paid at the time of admission. School administration has made some installment slabs for the KG I to Std. X students, 1st Installment – upto 31st July, 2nd Installment – upto 31st December, If the fees is not paid before these dates a fine of Rs. 30/- per month will be charged. Fees must be paid by the challan in Shamrao Vitthal Co. Op. Bank at Akola branch.
